Prior to discovering MightyMerchant, I had tried out other e-commerce providers (ProStores, PayPal, OSCommerce), and found those experiences and site set-ups to be very frustrating and time consuming. MightyMerchant's Site Manager takes all of the hassle out of updating my site and managing my inventory. What was once a very manual process for me can now be accomplished in a matter of seconds. Technology is one thing, but what impressed me the most about MightyMerchant was the personal attention that they provided me before, during, and after development of my site. In these days of increasingly poor customer service everywhere you go, it is refreshing to work with a team who knows you by name and responds to your questions and concerns.
